Mike Webb is HEC's clinical director and set up his company 15 years ago after gaining extensive experience with the National Health Service as their Health and Safety Training Officer. He has provided support and addressed the many needs of organisations from various types of Industries, Commerce and the Health Professions, whether they are large or small. He has been involved in policy, strategy and audit developments from consultancy to in-house trainers that is cost effective and supports them with continuing C.P.D.

Before qualifying as a Physiotherapist at the age of 30 his previous experiences include serving in the Parachute Regiment and working in the Mining and Building Industries. These have all served to give him a vast array of knowledge and understanding of staff and company needs.

He gained two further degrees, the first an (hons) in Psychology from Warwick University and then a Masters in Stress Management from Birmingham. Other qualifications are a P.G.C.Education from Derby Uni, Advance Certificate in Occupational Health from Norwich Uni; a Post Graduate Diploma in Health Promotion from UCE and he is also a Licensed Medical Tutor with the Football Association. He also runs a private Physiotherapy, Life Coaching and Hypnotherapy Clinic and also offers a Motivational Speaking Service.

As for Interests besides his 3 boys he reads extensively and is a keen athlete who has completed 4 Ironman Triathlons in different parts of the world, climbed successfully Kilimanjaro, and Mont Blanc and completed the Marathon De Sable.
