Course Outline:
This is a 1-day or 3-day course for all health and social care staff. It will introduce staff to the importance of being of a core working practice in the promoting of independence concept and therefore enable staff to empower service users.
Course Outcomes:
The outcomes of the courses will demonstrate and aid understanding of Value’s, Beliefs and Framework of Practice. Demonstrate an understanding of advanced issues, which make up the promoting independence ethos delivered through local and external contracting bodies.
