In these Conditions of use (Terms and Conditions) "we, our, us, HEC Ltd" refers to Healthy Employee Consultancy Ltd
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing within this Agreement will operate to exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as result of the negligence of HEC Ltd it's employees or agents.
